What is Invoice Financing?

Invoice Funding is an easy financing solution that does not require collateral. SMEs can focus on business without having to worry about liquidity.

Invoice Financing is a short-term product that allows businesses to convert receivables such as an an invoice, billing note, or bill of lading, into cash. After delivering products or services, SMEs can approach Funding Societies and receive up to 90% of the value of approved invoices. Funding Societies will then collect the money from the SME or the Buyer when the term is due and transfer the remaining difference (reserve) if any back to the SME.

  • Thai juristic person

  • Operating for at least 12 months

  • Hold invoices issued by established buyers

  • Proven track record with buyers

  • No record of late payment of more than 3 months

  • Suppliers to either government bodies or large corporates i.e. contractors doing project based work, IT / Digital service vendors, etc.

Offer & Disbursement

We will let you know if your request is approved within three (3) working days upon completed documents submission. If it is approved, you will receive an offer. Upon accepting the offer and signing the legal documents, we will disburse the money to you.
